A. The only fee we charge is a digitizing fee which covers the cost of turning your logo into a stitch file to be embroidered at your request. Q. How can I make sure my design will digitize and embroider well?

Q. What if I don't have a design?
A. Visit our catalog of over 20,000 stock designs here. We can add text and customize colors without any set up fee!
Q. What if I already have a digitized file?
A. We recognize that not all digitizing meets our standard for excellence. We are happy to review any stitch file formats but reserve the right to refuse to stitch them if we feel the quality does not meet our standard. Some examples are: cnd, csd, dst, exp, ofm, pes, sew, and zsk.
Q. I found a design I like but want it in another color. Can you do that?
A. Yes, any color change can be sewn or cut using whatever color you choose.
Q. Do I have to supply the shirts, caps, etc. that I want embroidered?
A. No. You can order garments from our online catalog. We offer top brands like Nike, OGIO, Columbia, Eddie Bauer, Red House, and more.
Q. Can I supply the shirts, caps, etc. that I want embroidered?
A. Yes, we are happy to embroider, heat transfer, or apply custom vinyl to items that you provide as long as they are clean and free of any dirt or residue that can damage our equipment. We reserve the right to turn away any item at our sole discretion.

A. Our minimum for any application is just one.

Q. Can I purchase one of the fonts/designs on your website?
A. No, our fonts and designs are not for sale, they are a representation of the options available for your personalization convenience.
Q. How long will my order take?
A. Orders usually take 24-48 hours once the artwork has been approved unless we need to special order garments, thread or vinyl. During peak and holiday times please allow additional time.
Q. How do I wash my items?
A. Embroidery Washing Instructions: Our thread is colorfast so you may wash garment according to manufacturer’s label recommendations. DO NOT IRON directly on embroidery. Use a pressing cloth between stitching and your iron.
Heat Transfer Washing Instructions:
- Wait 24 hours before first wash
- Machine wash warm with mild detergent
- DO NOT DRY CLEAN
- Hang Item to dry or dry at normal setting
- DO NOT BLEACH
- Instructions apply to the material only, please follow garment washing instructions as well.
Glitter Transfer Washing Instructions:
- Turn garment inside out.
- Machine wash COLD with mild detergent.
- NO bleach.
- Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines.
- Do not dry clean.

Q. How do I apply my vinyl transfer?
- Make sure your project surface is clean and dry. Carefully place the transfer tape with vinyl images onto your surface how you would like them to appear.
- Now burnish transfer tape onto the surface, starting in the center and moving out toward the edges. Use a craft stick or squeegee if provided..
- Peel the transfer tape away from the vinyl at a 45-degree angle. If the vinyl sticks to the transfer tape, simply burnish the vinyl onto the surface again. Then continue to peel the transfer tape away from the vinyl.
