By submitting your design file to Embroidery Lane, you acknowledge that you have obtained all proper permissions or licensing for the use of any logo, pattern or design protected by copyrights, patents, trademarks or other intellectual property rights and you hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnity Embroidery Lane and its partners, employees, affiliates and agents against all loss, expenses, damages, costs and legal fees by reason of any actions based on the infringement thereof. You also understand that it is your responsibility to proof the digitized design prior to production and Embroidery Lane is not responsible for any damaged garments.
Embroidery Lane’s Rights
While Embroidery Lane acknowledges and understands that all logos, patterns and creative art works submitted for digitization are the copyright of their respective owners, Embroidery Lane reserves the right to use the items listed below as a part of its portfolio, case study, etc. (whether online or offline) for the purposes of showcasing its embroidery digitization capability and quality of work, and advertising for its service.
- The digitized logos/patterns/art works (i.e. the digitizing files)
- The visual presentation of the digitizing files produced by embroidery digitizing software (e.g. preview images)
- The embroidered samples based on these digitizing files

Ownership of Digitized Files
We are happy to provide you with an electronic copy of your custom digitized logo upon request. Please note that because of copyright laws, if we use any stock design to create a logo for you, we are not allowed to share that stock design.
